TO THE PARENTS/CARERS OF ALL SWIMMERS
Your child is a valuable member of the club and we all work
together to make the club as successful as it can be, and give every swimmer to
the best they can be.
Every activity comes with a cost and the Club try and raise
funds as far as possible to help improve matters at all levels.
The Open meet in January ifs the key event for fundraising
however with the increasing costs of pool time, coaching staff and galas to
steal a tag line
“ Every little
helps”
The club are in the process of attracting sponsorship from
within the Stirling community. If anyone has any contacts that they feel may be
willing to help please let us know and contact can be made,
Sponsorship can take many different forms including:-
ü
Sponsoring a race at the Open meet ( From £25 per race)
ü
Sponsoring a trophy at Open meet (From £100)
ü
Sponsoring the in house club Grand Prix ( From £100 per age group)
ü
Sponsoring the annual Club Championship (From £100 per event)
ü
Assisting with travel costs to meets further a field (From £250
per meet)
ü
The key sponsor at the Open meet (From £1000)
ü
Club main sponsor (minimum commitment 3 years)
Although donations are warmly welcomed and never refused, a
sponsor would gain benefit by not only having their name mentioned and thanked
within the Club but mentioned when the relevant club event is reported in the
local press. Key sponsorship also warrants a separate mention with photographs
in the press. In addition for corporate donations tax relief is available so
it costs less than they think!
